67 1Home Commands for Alexa

Before using the following commands, make sure you enable the Alexa skills for 1Home first. Works with Loxone Miniserver, Gira X1, Gira HomeServer, Theben LUXORLiving IP1, Divus KNX Control, Weinzierl BAOS 777, IPAS Cambridge HCC, Eisbar Scada, and KNX IP Interface.



“Alexa, turn on the light.”

“Alexa, turn off the light.”

“Alexa, turn the light on.”

“Alexa, turn the light off.”

“Alexa, set the light on.”

“Alexa, set the light off.”

“Alexa, set the light to 30 percent.”

“Alexa, set the Bedroom light to 50 percent.”

“Alexa, dim the light.”

“Alexa, brighten the light.”

“Alexa, increase the light.”

“Alexa, decrease the light.”

“Alexa, dim the light by 20 percent.”

“Alexa, brighten the light by 20 percent.”

“Alexa, increase the light by 30 percent.”

“Alexa, decrease the light by 30 percent.”

“Alexa, increase the (room name) light by 30 percent.”

“Alexa, set the light to (color name).”

“Alexa, turn the Bathroom light to yellow.”

As some users were more comfortable using reversed commands, you can invert the commands by 1Home App and select “Invert open/close commands”.

There are some commands for Auto Mode which only works with smart home with such ability. If you want to switch back to manual mode, please ask Alexa to set “heating” or “cooling”.

“Alexa, set thermostat to 20 degrees.”

“Alexa, what is the temperature inside?”

“Alexa, what is the temperature of (room name)?”

“Alexa, what is the (room name) thermostat set to?”

“Alexa, make thermostat warmer.”

“Alexa, make thermostat cooler.”

  • (room name) — A room name you can configure by creating Group in Alexa App.
  • (color name) — The color you want the bulb to emit.
  • (shade name) — There some shades such as warm white, incandescent, soft white, white, and daylight.
  • (scene name) — The scene name of the light profile.
